Ria
took part in her first show when she was 8 months old. That was
the Finnish Winner Show in Helsinki, the biggest show of the year
in Finland. After that we had a long break, until in July 2004 we
went to an all-breed show in Mäntyharju to get her an official
critique. After that she hasn't been shown, since junior handling
and other activities took our time, plus she isn't exactly a show
star ;)

Critique:
Excellent type, stylish head. Full bite. Strong neck, beautiful
topline. Deep chest. A bit straight shoulder angulations,
excellent on the back. Beautiful movements. Harsh coat. Very
restless ears. |
In match shows, the dogs compete in pairs (all breeds together).
The judge gives a red ribbon to the dog he or she thinks is the
better one, and a blue ribbon to the other. The all the dogs that
have received a red ribbon compete against each other, as well as
those who have received a blue one.
